Seasonal Products

Why eat in season?

  • It will help you eat a more varied diet
  • It tastes better because it's grown in the best possible conditions
  • It's more natural because you are eating it when nature intended
  • It's often better quality and better value than when it's not in season
  • Seasonal food is fresher and so tends to be tastier and more nutritious
